The DunlapTattler has never used the word outrage before but we will begin now. This is not about anything but an outrageous sentence given to a sexual offender. You will be outraged also. This story actually bothers me and I make every attempt to remain ambivalent.

- Criminal Attempt Rape of a Child
- Aggravated Statutory Rape
- Incest

What can be done?
Every US citizen can petition the government, federal and state. Petition the government to review his cases and if appropriate, remove him from the bench. It is possible to impeach that Judge and remove him from office.

Ive lived across the street from this guy my whole life I was best friends with one of his kids. Growing up I spent several weekends at his house. I now have three kids of my own..I cannot believe this is the type of person that has been so close to me my whole life! That just goes to show you never know who is living around you!! I cannot believe this judge gave him weekends who in there right mind doesn’t give the maximum sentence to a child molester? I guess a this Idiot!!! This just makes me sick!!
I am still awestruck with this mess. Look at the charge dates. This guy looks like a repeat offender.
Ok first I would like to say the Dunlap Tattler website is great because it tells stories that the papers leave out..I think its awesome!!!!!As for the Child Molester Getting Weekends is a bunch of bull crap. I think the Judge should have put his family in the shoes of the family that was done this way. Do you think that if it was his daughter he wouldn’t get justice? I think so he would punish him to the fullest and not just weekends. I think the family that all this happened too should be fighting the Judges orders and push for more. In my opinion I think he should get life because he ruined a little girls life and she will never be right again so what makes him think that this offender should be able to have one? He shouldn’t be able to.. I could never imagine if it was my daughter because I would want so much more.. I want to send out my thoughts and prayers to this family and sorry all this went the way it did we can’t help we don’t have a little more smarter Judges.

I would not recommend that.
The Judge can be impeached and Mr. Pulliam now lives near a daycare. Deliver a picture of him with his record to the daycare. Inform his neighbors and keep your children away from him. He is a predator.
