2010 Tennessee Code, Title 39 – Criminal Offenses, Chapter 17 – Offenses Against Public Health, Safety and Welfare see. I think it is a creepy thing to do and the definition is so elaborate and varies from state to state. I will put the accused stalkers here, perhaps a little insight into who you are dealing with may help prevent you from becoming a victim of a stalker. Innocent until proven or plead guilty.
