Dunlap Gets Hot Dog Guy
Just as every other famous American city has Hot dog carts , Eric and Laura Beavers have opened a hot dog cart in Dunlap Tennessee. Daddy Dogs are the recessions answer to fast food. Hot dogs have been an American tradition since the early 1900′s. Eric said ” We studied this before we did it.” I spoke with him and he truly had. The Hot dog cart had a 98 on their health inspection, had their prices clearly posted and really looked like they knew what they were doing. Eric admitted it was more work than he anticipated.
This is a good example of someone investing their time to diversify their options in a time of economic upheaval. Eric and Laura have diversified their options with a large amount of sweat equity and a relatively small amount of capital. They have done their homework for this and believe in their idea.
